The One Where Humans Have Free Will

A non-religious friend asked me (in regards to my thoughts about A.I. being very much against Christianity and wanting to try and understand my view), “But didn’t God create men and women?” - meaning He created our brains.

This was my response:

Satan disguises himself (or doesn’t) in everyday things, people, shows, music, words, and “inventions” or science. Humans who are working for Satan can easily create something that is not what God wants. That’s why I pray for every single decision I make now etc. If something is partially bad or feels wrong that is God pulling us away from it telling us to open our eyes. God wouldn’t create something so divisive. If it’s divisive it means the devil is in there somewhere. If it goes against the commandments, it’s not from God. The rules and Bible don’t change just because the world changes and “modernizes” - and humans are still humans with sin. So that’s why individual priests pastors and bishops can be bad, the pope is not even teaching traditional Catholicism. It’s not as much about the “church” as it is about Gods law.

The One With Another Crazy Day

Things that happened today, Wednesday 3/26: 😳 Woke up late (never a good start) and barely made it to school on time due to a mini family medical issue (don’t worry everyone is okay!!) 🙏🏻Made it to the appointment but it was a packed office - that took all morning and with no more answers. 🐶 Ella made it the whole time I was gone without having any accidents, but my bathtub is still full of blankets and my yoga mat soaking from when she 💩 in my car two nights ago, and from Pindar 🐱 rubbing his butt all throughout my apartment yesterday (yep every room). 😩But Wait! I went upstairs to talk to Kelcey later in the afternoon for not even 10 minutes and Ella apparently got up for the second time all day … when I came downstairs she had pooped and peed in my spare room and again tracked it all through the house. 🧳 We leave for what’s supposed to be an amazing trip for the weekend to see Carrie Underwood in Vegas and can’t find our suitcases since moving last summer. The One Where Everyone Had a Choice

I’m sure I’ll get hate for this, but it’s the truth. I didn’t judge others for making their own personal choice, but they sure as heck judged ME and anyone who didn’t agree with them. I’m honestly starting to get more and more frustrated being four years out from when people had to choose between their jobs and the sh0t…. Saying that you “were forced” to get it truly isn’t accurate. We all had a choice. I’m a nurse. I’m also a single mom of two. I left my career to stand up for what I believe in.
